The quality of the product is only as good as the team that produced it which is why the main asses of Go DiGi Solutions is our team of united, like-minded professionals. The core of the team consists of 45 experienced professionals with the average age of 27 and IT experience of 6 - 8 years. They are young, agile and well-versed in the latest technologies. Many of them started working with us as senior university students or right after graduation. Together we have a well-balanced mix of skills which helps us maintain the academic qualification of our staff without distracting from the main project activity. All members are certified specialists or hold a master’s degree in IT. Some of our colleagues continue to teach at universities or conduct scientific research. As per our company policy we aim to minimise project risks connected with the resource supply. We support continuous professional development of our team on a regular basis in the form of courses and seminars on various aspects of software development. In addition, each department is assigned with subject matter experts who provide the ongoing learning process with the technical teams. Utilizing the leading-edge technology domain, they deliver training materials, manage the upskilling process, create qualification tests, and assess prospective candidates in order to ensure the high proficiency levels of our teams.
The Development Team is divided into functional groups depending on the employees’ experience and skills. Role assignments are made in line with the process selected for the given project. For medium and large-scale projects, a project team consists of :

Designers ;Infrastructure Support ;Technical Writers;
Business consultants depending on software business concept.
Project teams are formed on a function-and-role basis, i.e., experts that belong to various function teams and a team leader are assigned to a certain project area.
